David Williams graduated from the University of Cambridge and began his teaching career in a high-performing school in England. After reaching management level, he was invited to join world-class publishing companies including Heinemann and Pearson Education leading their curriculum and training services. This gave him the opportunity to collaborate with innovative schools and influential educators both in the UK and oversees.

Chriscilla Pretorius graduated from Bloemfontein College and began her teaching career in 1980 as a Grade 1 teacher. She taught in South Africa for 28 years as a grade leader, coordinator and member of a governing school body. In 2009 she decided it was time for a change of scenery and was invited to Abu Dhabi. During her time in the UAE, Chriscilla has worked for various international schools as a team co-ordinator, senior leader and teacher-trainer
